Pig Latin Translator
Using React, we created a program that takes in an english word or phrase and converts it into the wonderful language of Pig Latin
Text-Based Game
In Ruby we made a text-based adventure game accessible in the terminal. In the game there are multiple paths to go down with ASCII art to go along with some of the scenes
Tic-Tac-Toe
Using React, we made a functional Tic-Tac-Toe game, accounting for two players with X's and O's, displaying a winner and also displaying if there's a tie. Styled with CSS to create an animated gradient background
React in Rails Application
Design lead for a React in Rails application where we created a website listing different pairings for pastas. Able to log in with an account and create, edit and delete different pairings.

About Me
Hi I'm Nathaniel, but I go by Nate! I've worked at a grocery store for the last 9 years, but in September 2022, I joined LEARN Academy which has given me the tools and knowledge to transition careers and become a Full-stack developer.
When I'm not coding I spend my free time building custom mechanical keyboards which is as time consuming as it is unnecesarily expensive. Other than that, you can catch me watching the Chargers play football every Sunday ⚡️
I plan to continue learning new languages to further expand my tech stack. So far I've been really enjoying the front-end side of styling and design, but the back-end has proved to be equally interesting
